Account details (name, email); health data you choose to share (check-ins, nutrition, sleep, cycles, wearable data); usage data; and, for practitioners, professional registration details.

Under UK GDPR Article 9, we only process health data with your explicit, category-by-category consent, and only for the purposes you agreed to — coaching, your own record, and, if you choose, sharing with a practitioner.

To run the check-in, KORA coach, nutrition, sleep and goals features; to connect you with practitioners you choose to book; and to improve the product. We do not sell your data, and we do not use health data for advertising.

Named sub-processors that help run the service (hosting, wearable sync via Terra, payments), listed in your Privacy settings; practitioners you explicitly grant access to; and no one else, except where required by law.

You can access, export, correct or delete your data at any time from Privacy settings, or by emailing contact us You can withdraw consent for any data category without affecting the rest of your account.

We keep your data while your account is active. Deleting your account deletes your data, subject only to short legal retention windows where required.
